Job Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, including tropical and tiki-inspired beverages.
- Follow house recipes and mix ingredients to maintain consistency and high quality.
- Pour beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Set up and break down the bar according to opening and closing procedures.
- Restock garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and engage in friendly conversation.
- Provide menu recommendations and educate customers on signature drinks.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification are preferred or must be obtained as required by California law.
